Our Beers are made right here at Pittsfield Brew Works, by Christine and Bill for your enjoyment. We combine the best barley, choicest hops and select strains of yeast to breathe life into our beers. The selection will vary throughout the year. It is our goal to provide you with styles from around the world.

Elwood Brown
An easy drinking brown, brewed in the classic English tradition. Top fermented with a pleasant maltiness and a hint of hops. Our Brown fully satisfies. German and English malts; East Kent Goldings hops; 6.2% ABV

Pitch Pilsner
This thirst quenching Czech style pilsner hits the spot on a warm summer day. We brewed this one in honor of the Berkshire Rugby team. Dry and crisp with a lingering bitterness. Prost! German malts; Czech Saaz and German Tettnang hops; 5.0% ABV

Dohoney’s Gold
Our golden ale is a classic thirst quencher.  Light and refreshing, with a touch of hops to add to the delicate balance of this beer.  German malts; German Hersbrucker and Czech Saaz hops; 4.6% ABV

Berkshire Weiss
A Traditional Hefe-Weizen in the Bavarian Style.  The unique yeast utilized in this brew contributes to it’s array of flavors.  A true German elixir!  German malts, German Hersbrucker hops; 5.2% ABV

Wicked Vice-Dunkel Weiss
Originating in Southern Bavaria, the Dunkel-Weiss or dark wheat beer celebrates the autumnal season. The combination of a special yeast strain and dark malts creates a bouquet of complex flavors and aromas. German and English malts; German hops; 5.5% ABV

 Mckenna's Irish Red
A deep amber ale full of malty goodness. With a rich malt flavor and a lightly toasted finish, it is sure to please. German and English malts; East Kent Goldings hops; 5.4% ABV

Gerry Dog Oatmeal Stout
Gerry Dog Stout is rich and satisfying. The fresh rolled oats used in this brew give it a creamy finish. With it's chocolate and coffee flavors, this is the perfect dessert beer. 25 cents from every pint will be donated to Gerry's friends at the Berkshire Humane Society; German malts; American hops; 5.6% ABV

Legacy I.P.A
Bold and Spicy!  Our American I.P.A. is heavily hopped with Pacific Northwest hops and balanced out with a strong malty backbone. German malts; Cascade, Chinook and Liberty hops; 7.0% ABV

 Extra Special Bitter
A session beer in the English tradition. Rich malt flavor with a bracing hop character. English and German malts; East Kent Goldings hops; 5.3% ABV

 

This is beer in its most natural state! Naturally carbonated, poured from our Traditional English Beer Engine, it will take you back to the old world.
