Welcome Beer: Maple Wheatie Sweetie (Maple Wheat Beer)
First Course: Harvest Onion Soup
A Harvest inspired twist on the classic savory onion soup. Local apples and onions are slow cooked in a broth made with our own Elwood Brown Ale and local apple cider, topped with melted Gruyere cheese.
Paired with Elwood Brown
Second Course: Simply Beautiful Salad
Autumnal Greens in all their simple glory tossed in our homemade apple cider vinaigrette topped with local carrots, cucumbers and tomato
Paired with Dohoney’s Gold
Third Course: The Layers of Locals
This Grilled Veggie Napoleon is layered with local zucchini, squash, and sweet potato, topped with brie cheese and garnished with a delectable maple sauce. Accompanied by fresh herbed smashed potato and a hop pickled carrot, beet and cucumber accompaniment.
Paired with McKenna’s Irish Red
Fourth Course: G Dog Ice Cream
Homemade, fresh turned ice cream made with the sweet wort of Gerry Dog Stout
Paired with (of course) Gerry Dog Oatmeal Stout
Tickets are $50 which includes tax, gratuity and a
$10 donation to Berkshire Grown
The Local Harvest Dinner is something close to our hearts here at the Brew Works. All the dishes are prepared with locally grown produce. We believe that supporting locally grown and made products is a way to strengthen our community.
